On February 9, 2025, the episode of Mangal Lakshmi begins with an unsettling tension in the house. Mangal is seen preparing breakfast in the kitchen, her face filled with worry. She tries to focus on the tasks at hand, but her mind keeps wandering to Adit’s recent behavior. Ever since the argument with his boss at work, he has been unusually quiet. Sowmya, hurt and confused, asks Adit why he is behaving this way. The room falls silent as Adit finally reveals the truth—he has resigned from his job. Gasps fill the air as everyone processes what he just said. Kusum’s face turns pale, and Mangal grips the edge of the table for support. Lakshmi, who always believed in Adit’s responsibility, cannot believe her ears.

Meanwhile, at Ranjan’s house, Devika is seen talking to her father. She tells him about Adit’s resignation, smirking as she reveals that this is the perfect time to strike. Back at Mangal’s house, tension continues to rise. Lakshmi tries to calm everyone down, but the situation is too intense. Kusum sits on the sofa, deep in thought. Back at home, Sowmya is in her room, looking at her wedding album. She recalls the promises Adit made to her, vowing to always stand by her side. She wipes her tears and decides to confront him again. She knows that running away from problems is not the solution.

Mangal, seeing Sowmya’s determination, supports her. She tells her that relationships are built on understanding and communication. Sowmya nods and leaves the house to find Adit.

Adit, feeling trapped between the two women, tells Devika to leave. Devika pretends to be hurt but walks away, her mission accomplished. Sowmya sits beside Adit and takes his hand. She tells him that no matter what happens, she will always support him. But she also reminds him that running from problems is not a solution.

Adit finally opens up. He tells Sowmya about the job offer. She listens carefully and tells him to think wisely. She reminds him that making decisions out of anger never leads to good results. Adit nods, realizing that she is right.
