In today’s episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 19 September 2024 Written Update, the drama takes an unexpected turn as Savi tells a creative yet baffling version of her love story with Rajat. The episode starts with the school’s Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM), where Savi confidently addresses the audience, sharing how her romance with Rajat began back in their school days. She recalls the discovery that they were neighbours, describing Rajat as a true gentleman. However, while Savi continues to paint a rosy picture of their love story, Rajat is caught off guard, as he remembers things quite differently.
As Savi speaks, she praises Rajat for solving her parents’ problems and getting them released. But in a flashback, Rajat recalls how he was actually the reason for their arrest. He tries to interrupt and set the record straight, but Savi continues, adding that even though their marriage had its ups and downs, their pure love eventually triumphed, leading them to marry. Rajat, bewildered by Savi’s storytelling skills, humorously thinks she might have a future as a serial writer. He is amused by how she twists the story, but the audience seems to be completely won over.
Savi then credits Sai for playing a crucial role in their marriage, saying that Sai’s influence helped them find happiness. In response, Sai lovingly says she adores both of them. This heartwarming moment is met with applause from everyone present. After Savi finishes her speech, Rajat sits down with her, still looking puzzled. Sai approaches them and asks Rajat why he never told her about this love story. Rajat, still trying to process what he just heard, says he wasn’t even aware of it himself. Savi jokes that Rajat loves Sai more than her, and Sai playfully responds that she loves her parents equally. The light-hearted banter between them eases the tension.
Rajat, though confused by the exaggerated version of events, can’t help but smile as he teases Savi for her “fictional” story. Savi admits that she had to make up some of it to keep the mood light and cheerful. She points out how happy Sai seems, which Rajat cannot deny. He looks over and sees Sai laughing and enjoying herself with her friends.
The PTM then moves to the second round of activities. The next event is announced, where husbands are tasked with adorning their wives with jewelry in under 10 minutes. Rajat, not interested in participating, refuses at first, but Sai insists that both Rajat and Savi take part. Savi persuades Rajat, telling him to do it for Sai. Left with no choice, Rajat agrees, although he does so reluctantly.
As the competition begins, other participants rush to gather jewelry, but Rajat soon realizes that the main pieces are missing. In a moment of quick thinking, he improvises by creating jewelry from flowers and other available items. His unique and heartfelt approach wins over the crowd. To everyone’s surprise, Rajat and Savi are declared the winners of the round. The anchor praises their creativity and acknowledges Sai for having a perfect family. Sai is invited onto the stage for a group photo, and she proudly joins them as they capture this memorable moment together.
On their way home from the event, Sai expresses her gratitude to Rajat for winning the competition. She tells him that her friends will no longer tease her about her family, as they now see how wonderful they are. Rajat, still in good spirits, jokes with her, asking when her friends started teasing her in the first place. Sai laughs and tells him it began after the incident when he accidentally pushed her during Savi’s award function. Rajat, feeling guilty, apologizes for the mishap.
However, the mood takes a sudden shift when, out of nowhere, someone throws eggs at their car’s windshield. Rajat pulls over, and a group of local goons attempts to rob them. Rajat calmly hands over his wallet, but the situation escalates when the thieves start making inappropriate comments about Savi, who is still sitting inside the car with Sai. When the goons try to open the car door, Rajat loses his temper and confronts them. Despite the odds, Rajat fights off the goons, but not before Savi quickly calls the police for assistance. The police arrive in time to arrest the troublemakers, and Rajat sternly instructs the inspector to ensure they face the consequences for their actions.
Back home, Savi tends to Rajat’s minor injuries, applying cream to soothe his wounds. Aman, noticing the tender moment between them, remarks to Mrunmayi that it’s the first time he has seen Savi take such care of Rajat. Mrunmayi, clearly impressed, comments that Rajat’s bravery has won Savi’s heart. Inspired by Rajat’s actions, Aman begins planning his own heroic gesture to impress Mrunmayi, determined to win her affection.
Meanwhile, Ridhi, observing the growing bond between Mrunmayi and Aman, becomes jealous. She shares her concerns with Lucky, who is also displeased by the development. Together, they start scheming on how to drive a wedge between Mrunmayi and Aman. Elsewhere, Raju tells Bhagyashree that he is happy to see how Savi and Rajat’s relationship is evolving. The episode ends with everyone reflecting on the day’s events, and it’s clear that the dynamics within the group are shifting.
