Anupama 17 September 2024 Written Update: Anupama Faces a Tough Choice – Will She Stand Strong?

The episode kicks off with Baa, Kinjal, and the kids arriving at Asha Bhavan. Ansh is chatting with Bala Kaka about the Onam festival. Bala shares that it’s the official festival of Kerala, dedicated to the Vamana Avatar of God Vishnu. It’s all about celebrating a good harvest from our farms, and it lasts for 10 days! Pari mentioned that we haven’t heard about it before. Bala Kaka mentioned that it’s celebrated in Kerala. Babu ji mentions that in our country, we have a lot of festivals.

Some are celebrated by everyone, while others are specific to certain states. Anupama mentions that our country is like a flower vase filled with all sorts of beautiful flowers. Bala mentions that in Asha Bhavan, little Asha is there along with Hasmukh Bhai, which means there are people of all ages around. Babu ji says that Bala has less hair too. Bala tells him to stop teasing. Pari wants to know if we’re just going to chat.

Toshu is calling Kinjal to ask for his cupboard keys. Dolly mentioned that Kinjal isn’t home right now. Toshu is wondering where she went. Dolly mentioned that she went to Asha Bhavan to celebrate Onam. She’s saying you couldn’t manage your wife, and she’s curious about how you’ll manage the house. Toshu asks her to take care of her daughter. Toshu mentioned that he’s going to do something surprising.

Meenu is on the phone with Sagar, explaining that she can’t make it because of her mum. He thinks it’s a good thing you didn’t show up because if you had, your mum would have come too and spilt everything to Anudi. He mentioned that we’ll let Anudi know. Anupama tells Kinjal that she made the right choice and that she shouldn’t have to put up with any more. She tells Baa to take charge since she’s now the head of the family.

She mentioned that we can chat about it later. Aadhya is asking Anuj when Mummy will finally agree. Anuj thinks that kids these days just don’t have the patience like they used to. He mentions that he has a lot of patience and can wait for Anu. Aadhya says she doesn’t have any patience. Anupama, Anuj, and the gang are having a blast dancing to the song “Kashmir tu…”Sagar thinks about Meenu and can’t help but smile. Meenu steps out onto the balcony and glances over at Sagar. Sagar is smiling. Dolly gives her a call, and she heads back. Toshu yells that it’s time to wrap up their song and dance.

The builder shows up there. Toshu mentioned that you…He wants to know, “Who are you?” He mentions that Vanraj Shah isn’t around anymore and tells him to check out his photo, but it’s missing. The builder mentioned that he didn’t come to meet Vanraj; he just came to ask you to vacate the house by this evening.

Toshu is curious and asks, “Who are you to say that?” The builder mentions Malik, the owner, and talks about both the Shah house and this house as well. He mentioned that he had given this house to Vanraj to live in. Toshu is wondering how to trust that what you’re saying is true.

The builder pulls out the sales deed for the Shah house along with the property papers and says that the house needs to be vacated in an hour. I really can’t stand people who put on a fake attitude. What does Dimpy want to know? Toshu mentioned that a month’s notice is required. Dolly mentioned that we’ll be leaving in about an hour.

Dimpy is talking about how we’re going to grab all the stuff. The builder mentioned that he wants the house cleared out in an hour. Toshu mentioned that we’ll be staying here until we get the penthouse. The builder mentioned that you’ll get the penthouse when it’s ready, but for now, you need to move out.

Vanraj took money from me for three years’ rent and also 50 lakhs for one of his projects. He says that if I’ve already paid rent, then why should I give up my house too? People are really enjoying themselves at Asha Bhavan. Toshu suddenly asks where we’re headed. Dimpy mentioned that when Toshu Bhai met you, you said we could stay here.

The builder mentioned that I’m meeting him for the first time and that he had a deal with Vanraj Shah. He mentioned that since there are kids and elderly people around, he’s giving you until 6 pm. He steps outside. Toshu comes up from behind and says, “You can’t do this.” He adds, “This house is yours, but we’ve given you our house.” Everyone at Asha Bhavan can hear him. Pakhi shows up there.

Toshu is saying that they can’t just make them homeless and is asking for a month’s notice. He’s also wondering where that notice is, anyway. The builder is asking him to pay back the 50 lakhs along with interest. Anuj mentioned 50 lakhs. Dimpy mentioned that you didn’t give to Papa after we asked you.

Dolly mentioned that if you push us, we’ll have to involve the police. The builder mentioned that he would take me to the police because he needs to file a complaint against Vanraj. Toshu tosses a stone at him. Everyone’s just standing there, completely shocked. The builder gets frustrated and holds onto the sand timer. He mentioned that I had given you until 6 pm, but now you need to leave the house in an hour, or else my guys will have to throw you out. He’s heading out.

Baa is upset and mentions that we need to figure everything out because we have to leave in an hour. Pakhi asks Toshu what the builder said about needing to vacate the house in an hour. Dolly mentioned that we need to pack our stuff, or else his goons will kick us out. Pakhi asks Toshu if he really talked to the builder like he said he would.

Dimpy mentioned that he had told a lie. Toshu thinks Builder is not being truthful. He tells them to hold on a sec and mentions he needs to take a look at the terms and conditions of the deal. Baa, Babu ji, and the rest head into the house. Meenu tells Aadhya to bring the kids inside. She goes along with them too. Anuj and Anupama are checking out the sand timer.

Toshu, Dolly, and the gang are on the hunt for the file. Babu ji is asking whether Vanraj took any money from the builder. Toshu tells him to hush up and look for the file. Baa is curious about where we’ll head during the rainy season. Kinjal tells Baa to take it easy. Pakhi tells Toshu that she was away for just 2 days, and look at what’s going on now.

Dimpy mentioned that everything was going well when Papa was around. Dolly mentions that if power falls into the wrong hands, then this is what could happen. Anupama starts to feel anxious and puts her hand on her head. Anuj tells her to take care of herself. Anupama wonders why everyone has to face the consequences of Vanraj Shah’s actions. Anuj is wondering if you could help them out with something.

Anupama mentions that Baa and Kinjal came over to celebrate the festival, but it seems like Vanraj and Toshu just end up ruining everything for everyone. Bala says today is a good day and that something good will happen. He talks about the deal Vanraj made with the Builder. Anupama says she doesn’t know.

Anuj mentioned that the builder said Vanraj had also taken money from him, which suggests that he might have taken money from a lot of others too. Anupama is really hoping that Toshu can get the file so they can find a solution. So, everyone’s on the hunt for that file, and then, out of nowhere, the family photo frame just tumbles down and shatters. The baa sounds sad.
Ansh is wondering where we’re going to stay now. Pari asks like people who are experiencing homelessness.

Ansh mentions that dogs hang out on the road. Pari mentions that some bad people take kids away. Meenu mentioned that Toshu Bhai will handle the papers, and everything will turn out okay. Toshu, don’t forget to grab the papers. He smashes Vanraj’s photo frame and says, “Papa has messed everything up for us, didn’t leave us anything.” He used to talk about my family, my family, and now he’s the one who has torn us apart. Anupama tells Anuj that they should head inside since Baa is crying and Babu ji is probably feeling upset.

Anuj mentioned that if Toshu and Pakhi act up with you, he won’t stand for it. Nandita says they act out a lot, yet Anudi still cares about them. Indra says that’s just how mothers are; they can’t really be strict. Bala mentioned that they will be strict. Indra mentioned that Anupama is feeling concerned about Hasmukh bhai and Leela behen. Bala thinks Leela behen is a bit rude. Indra mentions that she is connected to Anupama.

Bala mentioned that Asha Bhavan is going to be impacted. Nandita just said that time’s up. Anupama and Anuj are trying to stop the builder’s goons as they come in and get inside the house. So, here’s the deal: the builder’s goons are tossing everything out. Anupama tells them not to toss the tiffin and to respect the food.

The goons are locking up the house. Baa is asking where we’re headed next since it took us an hour to get here from the Palace. Anuj mentions Asha Bhavan. Toshu doesn’t want to go to Asha Bhavan. Anupama glares with anger. Toshu and Pakhi are hanging out outside in the rain. Anupama tells them to make a decision and let her know.
