February 7, 2025, brings a shocking twist in Bhagya Lakshmi. The episode starts with Kiran revealing to Malishka that Lakshmi is pregnant. Malishka is left in utter disbelief. She refuses to accept it and questions how this could be possible. Her emotions range from shock to jealousy and frustration. She wonders if Rishi already knows about it or if this is just another attempt by Lakshmi to get back into his life.

Malishka storms out of the house, determined to find out the truth. Meanwhile, at the Oberoi mansion, Neelam is already furious over Rishi’s growing closeness to Lakshmi. She makes it clear to Karishma that she will never allow Lakshmi to come back into Rishi’s life. Karishma, however, warns Neelam that keeping them apart might not be as easy as she thinks.

In another part of the house, Rishi is seen lost in thoughts about Lakshmi. He recalls their past moments and wonders why he still feels so strongly for her. He knows Malishka is with him now, but something inside him keeps pulling him toward Lakshmi. His emotions are in turmoil, and he is unable to understand why he cannot move on completely.

Ayush, who has always supported Rishi, notices his cousin’s distress. He asks Rishi if he still loves Lakshmi. Rishi hesitates but does not deny it. Ayush advises him to follow his heart instead of listening to others. However, Rishi remains silent, unsure of what to do next.

At Lakshmi’s house, she is also struggling with her emotions. She knows her love for Rishi is strong, but she also remembers the pain she went through. She talks to Bani and Shalu about her fears. Bani, being the younger one, is hopeful that everything will be fine, but Shalu is worried. She knows that Malishka and Neelam will not let Lakshmi live peacefully if they find out about the pregnancy.

Malishka, in the meantime, reaches Guru Maa’s place. She demands to know if Lakshmi is really pregnant. Guru Maa looks at her and calmly confirms the news. Malishka is shaken. Malishka leaves in a state of panic. She cannot let Rishi find out about this. If he does, he might go back to Lakshmi. She decides to meet Neelam and tell her everything. She knows that Neelam will never accept this child and will make sure that Rishi never goes back to Lakshmi.

Back at the Oberoi mansion, Neelam is already frustrated. Karishma has been reminding her that Rishi still has feelings for Lakshmi. Just as she is about to go talk to Rishi, Malishka arrives. She hurriedly tells Neelam everything she learned from Guru Maa. Neelam is shocked but also furious. She refuses to believe it at first, but Malishka insists that Guru Maa confirmed it.

Neelam immediately calls Rishi and demands to see him. When he arrives, she asks him if he has been meeting Lakshmi. Rishi hesitates but admits that he has. Neelam’s anger flares up. She warns him to stay away from Lakshmi, but Rishi does not respond. His silence only makes her more furious.

Malishka jumps in, trying to provoke Rishi. She tells him that Lakshmi has been manipulating him all along. She says that Lakshmi is only pretending to be good, but she actually wants to destroy his life. Rishi, however, is not convinced. He asks Malishka to stop. His reaction makes Malishka even more insecure.

The next morning, Rishi decides to meet Lakshmi. He wants to talk to her and find out the truth himself. He reaches her house and sees her in the garden. She looks tired and lost in thought. Rishi approaches her and asks if she is okay. Lakshmi is surprised to see him.

At first, she avoids answering his questions, but Rishi insists. Finally, she admits that she is pregnant. Rishi is stunned. He cannot believe what he just heard. Meanwhile, Neelam is furious. She calls Malishka and tells her that they need to do something before Rishi finds out the truth. She is ready to go to any extent to separate Rishi and Lakshmi. Malishka, though still shaken by the news, agrees. She knows that if Rishi goes back to Lakshmi, she will lose everything.

The episode takes a dramatic turn when Neelam and Malishka reach Lakshmi’s house. They barge in and confront her. Neelam asks her to stay away from Rishi, while Malishka calls her a liar. Lakshmi, though calm, refuses to be intimidated. She tells them that she does not need anyone’s permission to live her life.
