The episode of Kumkum Bhagya, aired on 17 March 2025, begins with an emotional storm as Ranbir discovers the truth about Panchi. He feels betrayed after learning that Prachi hid the fact that their daughter is alive.

Ranbir is seen sitting alone in his room, recalling the past moments with Prachi and how their love story turned into a painful separation. He remembers how he searched for Panchi after her disappearance but never found out the truth. This revelation shatters him from within.

On the other hand, Prachi is struggling with her emotions. She sits in her room, looking at Panchi’s childhood photographs. Tears roll down her eyes as she remembers the day she decided to hide Panchi’s truth to protect her from the toxic environment of the Kohli family. Shahana tries to console her, but Prachi feels helpless and guilty.

Ranbir, unable to control his emotions, directly confronts Prachi. He reaches her house and demands answers. Prachi is shocked to see Ranbir’s anger. He questions her why she kept him away from his daughter for so long. Prachi tries to explain that she only wanted to protect Panchi from the pain of their broken family.

However, Ranbir’s pain turns into anger. He accuses Prachi of being selfish and snatching his right as a father. Prachi breaks down and reveals that she feared losing Panchi again. She couldn’t bear the thought of her daughter being caught between family conflicts.

Meanwhile, Pallavi, Ranbir’s mother, learns about the confrontation. She reaches Prachi’s house and insults her for ruining Ranbir’s life. Pallavi blames Prachi for breaking the family and keeping Panchi away from them. Prachi tries to justify her actions, but Pallavi’s anger knows no bounds.

Rhea, who secretly witnesses the drama, feels satisfied as her plan to create misunderstandings between Ranbir and Prachi is working perfectly. She manipulates Pallavi even more and convinces her to support Ranbir in filing a custody case against Prachi.

Ranbir’s emotional turmoil intensifies. He feels betrayed by the love of his life and decides to fight legally for Panchi’s custody. He contacts his lawyer and sends a legal notice to Prachi. Upon receiving the notice, Prachi is left heartbroken and fears losing her daughter.

In the next scene, Prachi meets Ranbir in the park where they once shared beautiful memories. She tries to convince him that separating Panchi from her mother will affect her upbringing. However, Ranbir refuses to listen and expresses his pain of living without his daughter for years. The emotional conversation leaves both in tears, but their misunderstanding deepens even more.

Back at the Kohli house, Vikram tries to make Pallavi understand that Panchi needs both her parents’ love. However, Pallavi is too hurt to see the reality. She believes that only Ranbir can provide a better future for Panchi. Rhea adds fuel to the fire by reminding Pallavi of Prachi’s past mistakes.

Meanwhile, Shahana advises Prachi to fight for her rights and not give up on Panchi. She reminds Prachi that she has always been a strong mother and must protect her daughter from Rhea’s evil intentions. Prachi decides to face the custody battle and prove that she is the best mother for Panchi.

The court hearing begins. Ranbir and Prachi come face-to-face in the courtroom. Ranbir’s lawyer accuses Prachi of hiding Panchi’s identity and keeping her away from her father. Prachi’s lawyer, on the other hand, defends her by presenting evidence of how Prachi single-handedly raised Panchi and provided her with a loving environment.

Panchi is brought to the courtroom as a witness. The little girl becomes emotional when she sees her parents fighting for her custody. She expresses her desire to stay with both her mother and father. The judge, seeing the emotional state of the child, decides to grant joint custody to both Ranbir and Prachi.

Ranbir feels relieved to have the right to meet Panchi, but his heart still aches for Prachi. He realizes that he still loves her but cannot forgive her for hiding the truth. Prachi, on the other hand, is happy that Panchi will get her father’s love but is shattered by Ranbir’s hatred.

As the episode ends, Rhea’s plan to separate Ranbir and Prachi seems to succeed. However, destiny has other plans for the couple as they are forced to meet for the sake of their daughter.
