Just when he thinks he can relax, Bhide, the society’s secretary, shows up at Jethalal’s house. Bhide, ever the disciplinarian, informs Jethalal that there’s a complaint about him. Someone from the society has accused Jethalal of being involved in a suspicious deal. The complaint has caused a stir, and Bhide demands an explanation.

Jethalal is taken aback by the accusation. He insists that he has done nothing wrong, but Bhide remains skeptical. The situation becomes more complicated when Babita overhears the conversation and becomes curious. Jethalal, who has always had a soft spot for Babita, becomes flustered and tries to explain himself, but his nervousness only makes things worse.

The person behind the complaint turns out to be none other than Nattu Kaka, Jethalal’s loyal employee at Gada Electronics.

Nattu Kaka reveals that he filed the complaint as part of a prank to teach Jethalal a lesson about taking his responsibilities more seriously. Nattu Kaka’s intention was to remind Jethalal not to slack off at work. While the residents are initially shocked, they soon burst into laughter. The tension dissolves, and Jethalal, though annoyed at first, eventually joins in on the joke.
